This is a full time, permanent role.

This role is vital to our traffic management business and we never underestimate the importance of having good TTMs in our team. The role of the TTM is to keep your teammates, the client’s employees and the general public safe. You do this through clear and accurate direction of traffic – always with a smile and the great attitude that ProTraffic is known for.

Skills needed for this job

You need to be able to understand and apply important safety in the workplace principles that we will teach you. We love candidates who are organised and can come up with solutions to challenges. 

Traffic Management experience isn’t a must-have for this role so if you’ve got transferable skills gained from other industries; we’re keen to know about them.

This is a full time, permanent role.

The STMS is not just an onsite leader with responsibility for safety, communication, people management, and resources management. This role is also responsible for training, mentoring and operational compliance through onsite training. The STMS provides a key connection between senior management, business objectives, and day-to-day operations.

Skills needed for this job

To succeed in this role you need to be willing to lead, be accountable, and drive your team’s success with great communication and the right attitude. These people are champions for change in our business and always look for opportunities to do things better. To get the excellent results expected of you, you will need to be great at building relationships at work, with people at all levels of the business.

Applicants for this role need to hold a current STMS qualification or be eligible to acquire this qualification upon employment.
